Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) from our Cuyahoga Falls, OH warehouse. If the item is not in-stock we will ship the item to you the same day it arrives to us from the manufacturer which is about 7-10 days if the manufacturer is out of stock on merchandise the delivery times may be delayed. To help ensure that you can get everything you need as quickly as possible, we do sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer (Drop Ship). In these instances, processing times are a little longer, and this is when it can take up to 7 business days for your item to ship. Please note if your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Once your item ships it can take up to 7 business days* to arrive depending on where you live in the country. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item ships that will give you an exact date.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and are in no way a guarantee. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Levinson's Uniforms cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our warehouse. As such, Levinson's Uniforms does not offer refunds of shipping costs.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

At this time, Levinson's Uniforms only ships within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates will be a flat rate of $5.00 per order for all shipping except Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that if your package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, you may be charged for the additional cost of re-shipping your order. Please check your address carefully before you approve the order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a street address to process your order.


All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Levinson's Uniforms and clearly show our (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Orders placed On-Line cannot be returned to your local store without the (RMA) on-line approval.

To request a Return Authorization please follow the instructions below:

Placed order On-Line:

  • Call customer service for your (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number (330)923-8888.

Levinson's Uniforms will replace, refund or exchange any defective product.

All returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice. Levinson's Uniforms will give the customer a refund for the cost of the returned products, not including shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

In the case of a shipping error by Levinson's Uniforms the customer will not be obligated for shipping fees or restocking fees.

After the merchandise is returned and examined the customer will receive the appropriate refund for the product returned. If the purchase was made with a credit card, credit will be applied to that card. If the product is not found in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to the customer. Customers returning items must include a copy of the original packing slip and invoice number when returning any product to us

Please note that:

  • All returned products must be in the condition you received them with all parts and in the original box and/or packaging
  • Items not in original packaging, missing parts, or missing parts of the original packaging (for example: tags, instructions, identifying information, etc) will be subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • If we receive an item and it is not in new condition (for example: tags removed, clothing stain, obvious wear, scratched surfaces, used screws, etc), we reserve the right to not refund any of the purchase price, and we will send the item back at the expense of the original payment method
  • Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective
  • Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returned socks or underwear

Levinson's Uniforms ships only new equipment delivered directly from the manufacturers of the brands we sell on our site. All warranty concerns after 30 days must be handled by the manufacturer. If you believe a product you received is faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Custom products such as badges, collar insignia, altered items or embroidered items are not returnable as they were made to your specifications. Only product defects or customization errors are returnable.
