Levinson's Uniforms sells knives and related items only to persons who can legally purchase and own such items in the jurisdiction where they reside. Any person’s purchase of Levinson's Uniforms items, whether in person, by telephone, mail, or the Internet, legally binds said person and their heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives as follows:
When any person orders and purchases items from Levinson's Uniforms, said persons represent that they are of legal age to purchase the items and that the items can be purchased and owned in their country, state, county, and/or city of residence. By offering items for sale, Levinson's Uniforms does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the items purchased.

Knives and related Levinson's Uniforms items may be dangerous, even deadly, if not used properly, or if used negligently, and/or illegally. When individuals purchase items from Levinson's Uniforms, they agree that they will use the purchased items in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. Individual persons further agree that they will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep Levinson's Uniforms items out of the hands of underage persons, untrained and/or immature persons. When individuals purchase items from Levinson's Uniforms, they agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from their ownership and use of said items and agree to indemnify and hold Levinson's Uniforms harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Levinson's Uniforms related to and/or arising from their ownership and/or use of said items. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or refuse orders.
We do not guarantee weapon fit of holsters.
Knife Policy
IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES: Read carefully all conditions set forth below. By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria. If you do not, do not place an order with us because you are breaking federal statute. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions: (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government; (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization; (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory; (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3). Levinson's Uniforms will sell no such knives to any individual without the above conditions being met. Legal status of products-- It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Levinson's Uniforms. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Levinson's Uniforms will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Levinson's Uniforms assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death. Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
Coupon Policy
Please note that if you order qualifies for free shipping and you use a discount code we will apply the greater discount, but we cannot honor both on the same order. In cases where both free shipping and a coupon code are applied, we will send you an email to let you know the final cost.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Levinson's Uniforms product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Levinson's Uniforms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Levinson's Uniforms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Levinson's Uniforms shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Levinson's Uniforms without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
