Special order items typically take 10-14 days to receive from the manufacturer, although many products take as few as 3-5 days.
On occasion a few items may be out of stock at the manufacturer and could take longer for us to receive. If any order is placed on backorder from the manufacturer, we will be sure to notify you of the expected ship date.
Your special order item will ship to you the same day we receive it from the manufacturer. And we will notify you via the e-mail address on file when the product does ship.
We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause, however due to the highly specialized nature of products we handle, there is just no way to stock every product that we have available.
Return and Cancellation Information
Non-defective special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any defective or mis-shipped items require a Return Authorization number, please e-mail us at sales@levinsonsuniforms.com.
If a special order needs to be cancelled before it has shipped, we will do our best to cancel it from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, not all special orders can be cancelled.
To request to cancel your special order item that has yet to ship, please e-mail us at sales@levinsonsuniforms.com. Please be sure to include your name, email address, invoice number and the reason for the cancellation.
